David Rosales & His Band of Scoundrels:

Rooted in Americana & Bathing in West Coast Sunshine, Los Angeles native David Rosales brings an uplifting and spirited live performance to stage with his Band of Scoundrels in tow.

Melding a rich palette of musical influences, the Angeleno’s sound pairs well with those he has shared the stage with Brandi Carlile, The Wallflowers, Larkin Poe, Lyle Lovett, Matt Costa, The White Buffalo, Macy Gray, Donavon Frankenreiter, Pokey LaFarge, Ben Harper, Chris Isaak, Counting Crows & more.

Rosales is more than simply a musician, he is a dedicated family man, an avid outdoorsman, and does everything he can to give back to his local community through his Huntington Beach based non-profit children’s charity, BraveOnes Foundation – the recent recipient of CHOC Children’s Hospital of Orange County’s 2023 Charley Award for “Most Outstanding Organization”.

Touring in support of their sophomore full length album, REVIVE (2022), and its follow-up companion ep, TRAILS (2023), Rosales & His Band of Scoundrels transport the listener to a summer paradise recalling the good-natured sound of 70’s Laurel Canyon with a fresh coat of grit, groove, and soul creating a vibe all their own.

“The idea is to lift people up and create such a palpable energy that the audience leaves each show feeling better than how they did when they initially arrived,” says Rosales, “and this is achieved by giving yourself over completely to the music.”

David Rosales is a singer-songwriter whose rich baritone voice and sweetly optimistic melodies are a perfect blend of authentic country, rock and blues.

He spent the past year in a log cabin studio recording his debut full-length album, Brave Ones. Drawing on his passions for running, surfing and his ancestral roots, he has crafted a collection of 11 songs that weave a narrative of love, loss and triumph.

This summer he will release Brave Ones and perform nationwide both solo and with His Band of Scoundrels.

When not on-stage, this genuine family-man enjoys spending time at home in Huntington Beach, CA with his wife and two young children.
