The band came together to jamduring the pandemic and soon after they were asked to play an after party for theBeachlife Festival. That gig was such a smash hit, they were asked back to play onthe following Beachlife Festival with many highly successful national touringacts.Since then, Wall of Sound has captured audience’s attention with inspiringjams and authentic tones. SOVEREIGN VINEW/ NATURAL DEAD142 Pacific Coast Hwy,Hermosa Beach, CA 9025421+ Only Sovereign Vine is a Jam Band based out of the Los Angeles, California that boasts a wide spectrum of genres from Reggae and Surf Rock to Funk Grass and Rock & Roll. Highlighted by passionate vocals and searing guitar work, the band’s lead singer, lead guitarist and songwriter, Doug Macrae, takes heavy influence from such legends as Bob Marley, The Grateful Dead, Sublime and Dick Dale just to name a few. Most often the band consists of a trio that features the extraordinary talent of Jesse Mark on drums and Alex Arkhipov on bass. However, to elevate the sound even further, they occasionally will provide the addition of John Fuentes on percussion and Sam Madden on keyboards, rounding out as a solid 5-piece unit.
