Hunter Benson Bio: Struck by lightning at 3 years old and witnessing the loss of his father, Hunter Benson has emerged from the darkness and found solace in the depth of his lyrics and sound. Early influences from the likes of Stevie Ray Vaughn, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Alice in Chains and Mark Lanegan, has shaped his sound into a brooding mix of Country, Southern and Grunge Rock. Hunter Benson has channeled his experience and influence to bring to light his forthcoming EP ” Seeking”. The lyrics tell the story of his journey. With the release of Hunter Benson’s debut single, ” Come and Gone” brings guitar centered rock n roll back to the forefront of music with an Americana feel. ” Come and Gone” melds a hard rock riff with soulful slide guitar and Hammond B3 under lyrics steeped in life lessons. ” Come and Gone” will be featured in the upcoming feature film PELLETT due out in 2025.
