The Hey Ho Lets Go - A tribute to The Ramones: The Hey Ho Let’s Go: Based in Los Angeles, the members of The Hey Ho Let’s Go are veterans of the early Punk Scene on both the West and East Coast. Having gone on to expand their musical careers in myriad situations that took them all over the United States as well as the UK, the members of The Hey Ho Let’s Go were drawn together out of their love of the Ramones, and their desire to use their musical prowess to remind everyone why the Ramones transformed the music scene in ways that are still being felt around the world. From the raw Punk of the first self-titled album with hits that include Blitzkrieg Bop and Beat on the Brat, to their later career that found the Ramones scoring films (e.g., Pet Cemetery), and creating some of the most catchy pop bubblegum ever imagined, including She’s the One and Sheena is a Punk Rocker, The Hey Ho Let’s Go bring Joey, Jonny, DeeDee, and Tommy alive for unforgettable performances. Some of our audience comes out to relive their punk youth while others, having been born too late, attend The Hey Ho Let’s Go shows to experience the awesomeness that was, and still is, the Ramones. And, no matter who shows up, we guarantee a Ramones experience they will never forget.
