Trey Comstock: Trey Comstock is a Texas transplant who has made his home in the South Bay for the last eight years. Three years ago he began focusing on writing original music and playing local clubs in Manhattan and Hermosa Beach. His musical style is heavily blues influenced while trying to pattern his writing after Texas Songwriters like Willie Nelson, Robert Earl Keen Jr., and Charlie Robinson. You can expect a heavy dose of slide guitar and harmonica during any one show. Currently he has been fronting the band Johnny Jump Up which is a Irish, folk, blues band but his most recent project is the album he is recording with his newest band Dad Gummit coming soon in 2012.

Jared Young: As a songwriter, Jared Young combines his ear for fresh melodies with a poet’s hand for inventive lyric writing. His live shows are intense and energetic, and his genuine emotional involvement in his performances draws his listeners into the experience with him. Young’s heartland songs, packed with pop hooks, poetic lyrics and American sentiments, are delivered with tremendous enthusiasm and sincerity.
